Permitting and consulting
Federal, state and local permits are generally required for renewable projects. Future Energy Development will guide you through permit requirements to reduce lead times. Recently, we helped a large construction company win a proposal to provide consulting services to build a battery-storage system, rooftop solar installation, and building management system. We also provided permitting and environmental review support to this firm while working with the battery integrator team to specify the battery storage system for their project. We have teamed with Pace University on a NYSERDA funded program as consultants to educate developers and municipalities on the benefits of incorporating combined heat and power technologies (CHP) into existing buildings on brownfield sites. We have also represented clients before the New York Public Service Commission.
